Eligibility

The eligibility criteria to own a Shalom house is as given below:

  The present condition of the house should be in dilapidated conditions, which needs a renovation or full reconstruction.

  Should have a monthly income of Rs. 3000-5000 per month and having the ability and willingness to repay the amount without fail/delay.

  Must have the willingness to support and fulfill Shalom for Humanity's mutual help and assist in construction of other Shalom houses.

  Shalom house should be occupied as a permanent residence and should not be rented out for any other purposes.

  Willingness to sign a mortgage application and surrender the required land documents with a branch till the loan amount is fully repaid.
