Family Selection policy will be non-discriminatory without caste, creed, religion and political or religious considerations and the selection process will be impartial.

  Must be a member of self-help group not less than a year and having a good profile.

  Must have a family with a monthly income between Rs. 3000-5000.

  Currently living in substandard housing conditions.

  Must have his or her own land of minimum 3 cents.

  Have no debts and financial liabilities and possess monthly repayment capacity of at least Rs. 500.

  Must be willing to render not less than 50 hrs of SWEAT EQUITY to his/her counter parts, in construction of other Shalom houses.
