Land acquisition

  The policy of Shalom is to purchase land for Save & Build group members.

  The potential homeowner should have clear titles of the land where they intend to build the house and obtain proper permits from the competent authorities. It is an individual housing loan.

  Any legal problem arising regarding the land shall be settled at his/her own risk if it is an individual housing loan.
