The Micro Finance programme will be strategically led by Mr Jayson Joy M.J, Managing Director of the company and will be supported by Mr. Job M. Joy, Chief Executive Officer, panel of advisors, Technical Consultants, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer etc. There are four core teams dealing with – Finance, Operations, MIS and Planning, and Audit & Monitoring. Besides, SMFL has appointed four directors in the Board who are professionals in various fields. The organisation plans to maintain a flat structure with an objective of facilitating quick decision making and rapid movement of information.
