  Families with more than 3 children living in an impoverished condition.

  A family having sufficient income and not able to invest a huge amount for the construction house.

  Families of widows with sons and daughters living in a dilapidated rented house or living with other dependents.

  Disabled persons supported by NGOs or other voluntary agencies
