Research and Development is an integral part of Shalom Micro Finance's policy .The research and development department has professionals in the areas of journalism, economics, banking, management, engineering and social work. The Department has planned and ensured the participation of the staff in various training and capacity building programmes and also conducted exposure visits. Senior executives of the company has already participated in training on market research, loan portfolio audit etc conducted in India by MicroSave and participated in national seminars and conferences. To expand its learning scope the organisation has obtained the membership of Sa-Dhan, a national level network of MFIs.
